This answer will depend on if you are going to set this up permanently and/or you are going to be setting this up for all your customers.

 

It may be best to discuss this on the phone, but here is some information that will help.

 

If you have a company that you would like to give a username and password to and you would like them to be able to see only the trucks that belong to this company, you will set it up like this:

  1. Create new Company
  2. Create new Terminal
  3. Add the Terminal to the Vehicle
  4. We will need to talk about how you will want to handle it after this point.

 

You only have 2 different Managers that assigned only to a “Company” and so this will work out well for what you are trying to do, I believe.

 

  • If you set up Vehicles like this, this will allow your current Managers to view all “Companys” and any new Managers to see the new Company or if you choose, allow the new Managers to only see the new terminal.
