Why are my Personal Use miles not resetting? 

Answer:

To reset miles for Personal Use, you muse have these complete

  • Full 10 hour Off-Duty or Sleeper Berth break on HOS logs
  • On-Duty Beginning of Shift/Pre-Trip status entered on HOS logs

If the above steps do not work and the Personal Use miles have still not been reset, please call in to Technical Support 866-331-8785 Related articles
