1. Select where you want the Log PDF and Standard Output exported to: [download], [email] or [fax]
   1. Enter the email or fax number if applicable.
2. Select [Send ELD Logs to FMCSA] if you want to also generate a Standard Output File and deliver it to FMCSA
   1. Select [... as Test] to flag the Standard Output File as a Test so FMCSA will prevent forwarding the data onto Enforcement
3. 1. [Download FMCSA/CCMTA]

      1. Will produce files for Download without sending to Enforcement Body or adding the records to the Enforcement Request History

   2. [Email FMCSA/CCMTA]
      1. Will produce and Send files to the Email address provided without sending to Enforcement Body or adding the records to the Enforcement Request History
   3. [Send to FMCSA/CCMTA]
      1. Will produce and Send the files to FMCSA, provide Confirmation message to Drivers ELD and Send Notification to Managers having the Alert flag set
      2. [FMCSA as Test]
         1. Will produce and Send the files to FMCSA flagging as test and add the Files to the Enforcement Request History
      3. **CCMTA does not have a test mode
4. Select [EXPORT] to complete the processSelect [Export] to execute the request
   1. The driver's logs from the selected time interval will then be provided in an download or sent the desired destination.
