A 128 violation is a Personal Use violation meaning that the driver went over their allotted Personal Use miles for the day. This is a newly created “violation”, and will show up as a Personal Use Violation in the next FleetWatcher Update.
Keep in mind that a personal use violation is for your purposes only, and will not be seen by DOT.
