 The Current Totals update: 

 


1. With position reports.
2. When the carrier requests it from FleetWatcher.
3. When the carrier “pings” the truck.
4. ** When the driver changes from an on duty status to an off duty status or vice versa.
               · An “on duty status” is On Duty or Driving.
               · An “off duty status” is Off Duty or Sleeper Berth.
               · An update is not sent when going from an on duty status to an on duty status.
               · An update is not sent when going from an off duty status to an off duty status.

 

The Logs update:

 

1. When the driver logs out. [These revisions may be overwritten]
2. When the driver goes into violation. [These revisions do NOT get overwritten]
3. When the Carrier requests it from FleetWatcher. [These revisions may be overwritten]
4. When the driver selects "Send Logs"
5. When the driver certifies it. [These revisions do NOT get overwritten]
6. ** After 6 hours of activity. [These revisions may be overwritten]
               ·  If none of the other triggers 1-5 have taken place.
