Q: Who can Certify an HOS log?
A: As part of the FMCSA guidelines regarding harassment, a Driver is the ONLY person that can certify a log. This can be done from an ELD, or from the company online portal.

The FMCSA considers log certification to be the responsibility of the Driver, and certification by the driver’s manager(s) can be considered harassment.
