Device Auto Logging Driver Off
Problem:
The driver is being logged off of the unit automatically.
Solution:
- Log into FleetWatcher.
- Go to Reports > Events and Positions.
- Look up the "Driver" in question.
- Look at Events and Positions by the Driver Code and see if it shows more than one truck in list below.
- Click on the column that says "Vehicle" notice the Truck#.
- Click again on the column that says "Vehicle", notice the Truck#.
- If you see two truck numbers contact the truck#/Driver of the other truck to find out why they were logged in with another drivers ID.
- If you only see one truck, please call in to technical support.
